I don't know if foot swelling is part of the herx, but my right foot swells all the time. Not my left foot, mind you, but my right foot is swollen everyday. It is not swollen first thing in the morning, but by afternoon it is.
I had varicose vein day surgery done on both legs, so it is not that. I'vce wondered if it is the salt I eat. I do not over do it with salt but have wondered if I gave it up, would my foot be better.
It is odd that it is only my one foot! Try cutting back on salt and see if it makes a difference. Maybe some others will chime in here, I really don't know if it is part of the herx.
Will pray about yours as I pray about mine!!
