I looked under the recipes section and your Shrimp Thai Soup looks just as delicious as your Taco Soup.
The idea to boil cauliflower in stock and make a creamy base that can be used for other soups is a really good one. It would probably go well with a lot of different things.
I love artichokes and spinach. A creamy soup that contains them both sounds very good.

I have never had spiralized zucchini. I can't even remember the last time I had zucchini. Is it difficult to spiralize it?
