Just wanted to let you know that I've had pretty good luck freezing spiralized zucchini. I've found that zucchini doesn't last very long in the refrigerator so soon after buying them from the grocery store I spiralize and freeze them in small freezer bags. I read online people reporting that it doesn't work well, but I went ahead and tested it for myself and it worked fine.
Last night I pulled a bag out of the freezer along with some of my frozen spaghetti sauce (frozen in the freezer containers) and it was a really tasty meal.
Just wanted to share this with everyone.
