I'm so glad that you found the Beginner's Guide useful and that the list of food items helps you while out shopping for groceries. It's a good idea to print it out and have it with you. And it's especially good for the people that have a hard time remembering the things that they need to buy, only to come home and remember afterward! :)
Donald had brought up using a journal to record the food eaten and supplements taken so that you can identify the problematic foods so that you can avoid them. Then hopefully you will eventually have a long list of "safe" foods. I think that it's probably a good idea to rotate the foods you eat and not eat the same things every day. I think that you can develop a food allergy to the things that are eaten too often. But it's also good so that you don't get tired of eating the same things all the time.
I hope that you're also able to find a decent freezer chest to make good use of freezing your leftovers. It's so nice when you don't have the energy to cook to pull out one of these containers and reheat the contents. It's helped me out tremendously and is one of my best purchases alongside my electric tea kettle (thank you Karen).
