Welcome to the forum :-)
Fried chicken is sooo good. I am sorry to hear that you have not been able to find the recipe.
That recipe and many other great recipes are in the Delicious Ideas for Your Dining Enjoyment/Recipes for 2018/2017/2016 thread.
Threads move around all of the time as people post in different ones, so the best way to find a thread if you don't see it on the first page of the forum is to use the Search Engine.
The link for the Search Engine is at the top of the page under the snow covered mountains. (There are a lot of links up there, so when you are not busy you might want to click on each one and see where they all lead to.)
Click on the Search Engine link. Then type in "Recipes".
You will see many threads listed that have recipes, but click on the thread that I mentioned above to find the fried chicken recipe. It will probably be the first thread listed.
Go down to Karen's 6/5/2018 Fried Chicken post.
You are going to see so many delicious looking recipes in that thread. I hope you find several that will help you put some weight on.
