Peter 10/19/2024 11:09:53 AM | Hello "Thank you", Jen, for this post....it is truly an informative read! If I may, I just want to remind your readers, that if folks face increased skin issues like itching, biting and stinging during days before and after a full moon....an additional 1000 mg of the Logos MSM Sulfur may become very useful to reduce such symptoms. "It worked great for me and others back in the day." We really appreciate your commitment to bringing the full moon posts every month, Jen. I pray that God bless you with a return to complete health and I commend you for what you have already overcome in your pre existing heath challenges. "Nothing short of commendable! You are a blessing!," Strength and Love, Peter
Jen 10/19/2024 11:09:53 AM | Hello everyone and welcome to October! Well another month and so much is happening. Prayers to all suffering their situations. We are still in fall mode. When Is the Hunter’s Moon? The full Hunter’s Moon peaks on Thursday, October 17, 2024 … and it’s a Supermoon! As with last month’s full Moon, the Hunter’s Moon rises around the same time for several nights, so start looking for it on Wednesday, October 16! See the meaning of the Hunter’s Moon and why it’s special. The Hunter’s Moon will reach peak illumination at 7:26 A.M. Eastern Time on Thursday, October 17,. It will be below the horizon, so wait until sunset to watch it rise and take its place in the sky. Like September’s Harvest Moon, the Hunter’s Moon rises around the same time for several nights, bringing early light to aid harvesting and hunting. Behold the Full Hunter’s Supermoon! October’s full Hunter Moon orbits closer to Earth than any of the other full Moons this year, making one of the four supermoons of 2024! At its nearest point, the Buck Moon will be 222,055 miles (357,363 kilometers) from Earth… this is the closest Supermoon of the year! “Supermoon” is a catchy term for what astronomers call “a perigean full Moon,” which is when the full Moon happens at or near its closest point to Earth in its oval-shaped orbit. While a supermoon is technically bigger and brighter than a regular full Moon, it only appears about 7% larger—which can be an imperceptible difference to the human eye, depending on other conditions. As the Moon drifts over the horizon around sunset, it may appear larger and more orange—how perfect for the fall season! But don’t be fooled by the “Moon Illusion,” which makes the Moon appear bigger than it is. Why Is It Called the Hunter’s Moon? This particular full Moon is commonly referred to as the full Hunter’s Moon. It is believed that this name originates from the fact that it was a signal for hunters to prepare for the upcoming cold winter by going hunting. This is because animals were beginning to fatten up in preparation for the winter season. Moreover, since fields had recently been cleared out under the Harvest Moon, hunters could easily spot deer and other animals that had come out to search for remaining scraps. Additionally, foxes and wolves would also come out to prey on these animals. The earliest use of the term “Hunter’s Moon,” cited in the Oxford English Dictionary, is from 1710. Some sources suggest that other names for the Hunter’s Moon are the Sanguine or Blood Moon, either associated with the blood from hunting or the color of the changing autumn leaves. Here's the therapeutic suggestion... If you are thinking of using the split dosing approach for your WPS, here are the basic instructions: For three days before and three days after the full moon peak, you divide your WPS dose in thirds. Regarding whatever drop count you are at, at this time, take drops at 10:30 am, drops at 3:30 pm, and drops at bedtime as usual. You have to be extremely careful to allow the full two hours between your WPS and your other protocol supplements. You need to be precise with your timing, and return immediately to your regular dosing, after the six-day cycle of the full moon (three days before and the three days after). Someone with a scientific background could explain why this works in detail, but basically it seems that by splitting the WPS, you are interrupting the reproduction cycle of the organism which is accelerated during the full moon phase. All my best, Jen
