I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better since removing the lap band. You are really brave to get this done. These kinds of things scare the heck out of me. I don't like the idea of foreign things inside of the body. I even get a bit nervous about the hip and knee replacements even though they are necessary.
I am so chemically sensitive, I can't wear jewelry, nail polish, anything with formaldehyde in it. When I walk into a hardware store all the smells really bother me and even make me dizzy.
This is really great that you are starting to really see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm sure you will be doing the happy dance real soon.
