That is great you had such a lovely weekend with family! To have the best weekend you have had in 12 years is just awesome!! Particularly since you didn't know if you would ever be this well again:-)
It's tremendous that you got your health back to such an extent that you can spend quality and fun time with them. So nice to eat nice, healthy meals in restaurants, see grandsons and their girlfriends and other family members and even your big sister. I know you are soo close to her and she lives faraway so that was just what you both needed!
I dearly hope your sisters health will improve and that her son recovers well after heart surgery.
I also hope Rusty is doing well health wise.
