Morgellons - This Angel Makes My Heart Sing
This Angel Makes My Heart Sing

Hi Dawn,

Yes...you can get Morgellon's Disease from something biting you in your house. Many here were first bitten by a mite from a bird's nest. I had a bird's nest on my porch that went unnoticed until it didn't. The thing that originally bites you is called the vector.

The vector carries diseases like Lyme and Morgellons. These are considered "tick borne" illnesses but the vector doesn't necessarily have to be a tick. It could be from any number of insects including, but not limited to, bird mites, ticks, mosquitoes, and spiders. These vectors carry many different types of pathogens including the borrelia bacteria (Lyme Disease).

Does this mean that everyone bitten by these insects / arachnids will become ill? No...from what I understand, many could be bitten and not react at all. I believe it depends on a person's unique chemical make up and how resilient their immune systems are at the time they're bitten.

Sometimes the vector is hard to get out of your house...particularly if mold is present. For some reason that seems to make them more pervasive. It's a good idea to see if mold is present in your central AC/heat system and / or duct work. I had mold in mine and got both units cleaned out.

An ozone machine is your friend...so is WPS set out in a bowl...so are essential oils.

There are many posts about these ways to deal with your environment...and much discussion on previous conference calls related to same.

Here's the good news...you and your son...AND your house can get well. It's going to take some work and some time...but it can be done.

Just do some reading and listening...and if there's anything you don't understand, just make a post and someone will answer.

My best to you and your son!

Love,

Karen

Morgellons -

Hi everyone,

I was really hoping to get some answers here.

I've been researching this disease for months now.

My son and I both have it. I saw symptoms first.

Neither one of us were bit by a tick. But I found some disturbing things in my house around the time that I saw my first skin lesion.

I guess you could say my first parasitic infection
