It's valentines day. Whether you are in a relationship or not it does not matter. It should not just be about romantic love, there are many types of love and all are valid.
I dearly hope that every person who reads this will give themselves a big, big hug today. Be gentle on yourself, give yourself some love. And do some good things for yourself, what do you like?
Try and focus on what you can do and not what you cant. Do your ABSOLUTE BEST to take your mind away from this illness. Watch a comedy, sing a few favourite songs or listen to your favourite music. Have a dance around the room. Breathe..... Eat some lovely food that's permitted. Have a nice lavender and epsom salt bath.Go for a walk in nature. Whatever you do... Just be good to yourself. You deserve it!!!!!!
