It does sound like God went before you to prepare your daughter's heart. God is so gracious and kind.
I will pray that your daughter will eat chicken as she said.
Does she eat fish? I have heard that some people who don't like to eat meat will eat seafood.
I am glad that you were on the conference call Saturday and you were able to ask that question about eating meat.
You never know how many people will learn important information from listening to that call.
