F.E.A.R - False Evidence Appearing Real
For as long as I can remember I have lived with a constant feeling of fear. Through different phases of my life, it has always been there. However in the past month, something incredible happened to me and I am walking around fear free for the first time in my life!! The biggest turning point was understanding exactly what fear is. Fear is a spirit - it manifests in different ways, big or small. It speaks LIES to you that lead you into doubt, thereby crippling faith. That is why FEAR is aptly described as “False Evidence Appearing Real”. Everything about fear is not true but once you believe those lies, they can appear real and completely take over your senses. I believed the lies about MB, my identity and things that might hurt me but as I choose to confront fear, God showed me the TRUTH about all of these things and more, and set me on the path to freedom!
However knowing the truth is not enough - fear needs to be driven out and dealt with by the one person who can, Jesus!! You need to understand the source or the root of your fear in order to overcome it. I asked God to reveal the source to me and it wasn’t MB or any of the “big” things I had imagined - I was surprised to learn that my fear stemmed from an incident that took place in my life as a child at age 3/4 when I witnessed something that forever changed me. That was when fear entered and had remained. In a moment of surrender I gave this incident to Jesus and my life changed forever!
Fear does not have to be your constant companion. You certainly do not have to fear MB as the truth and all you need is on this website including the countless testimonies of those who have gotten better. Choose to confront fear, learn the truth and give the source/root of your fear to Jesus!
