I checked my notes to see what I had written down about taking colostrum.
Katharine said that she had been taking colostrum all of the time. Mel told her that the correct way to take colostrum is to take it 30 to 40 days. Then put it in the refrigerator and start taking it again after 6 months.
Later in the call, Neil said that some people take colostrum and collagen. John told him that he recommends taking colostrum, but not staying on it the rest of his life.
John said that colostrum comes in a mother's milk at the beginning. It doesn't hurt to continually take it, but John recommends pulsing it, just as Mel does.
