I have had some yellow gooey stuff come out of my eyes which I believe to be biofilm. The gritty stuff is like sand or glassy like material that comes out of the eyes and the tear ducts, which I believe to be biofilm as well. If you think it's an infection, I would recommend you see your eye doctor. You can also try treating your sinuses and ears with either colloidal silver or a very mild mixture of MMS. When things come out of the eyes, many times it's stuff being purged from the sinuses. Hope this helps.
