Best wishes with the Trader Joe's Tingle Tree Body wash.
From what my optomologist told me there are microscopic mites called Demodex mites that live in the hair follicles.
That's why it's also important to do the eyebrows too.
I also have to keep my hair clean with the Trader Joe's whole line of Tingle Tee Tree shampoo and conditioner.

Although it says To use Baby shampoo. I tried that first per my Dr. however the Tee Tree body wash was most effective:
