Hello Everyone!

I hope this finds you doing well! I know food is always an amazing topic to talk about! There are so many options that we can have, but the importance is what we choose and how much with each serving. Just take a look at all of the items below that we find so good to have in this diet, with so many different available recipes listed below in the delicious dining.

If you have any questions regarding amounts, ideas, or even what’s best for starters with this protocol. Please don’t hesitate to list your questions here as it’s always great to communicate with one another!!

Please don’t ever feel like the diet is to difficult. There are just many options we often don’t think about, but as we begin to change our ways into a healthier lifestyle you’ll find so many options. So remember the possibilities for a healthy diet are endless!!

I have prepared this list to help others, so I thought I’d post it, especially for all the Newbies and those of us needing reminders!! I hope this helps and remember to check out all the recipes that are in the delicious dining thread.

I know this diet may seem a bit overwhelming, but there is so much that’s good and easy to make!
