I dearly hope everyone in our community is very gentle to themselves today:-).
Try to focus on what you can do, not what you can't. And focus on what you can make and eat and enjoy!
And Breathe and Rest as much as you can. And have a pleasant time best you can, even if your health isn't great. You all deserve that care and kindness....don't forget!
