Happy Birthday Mel,

Wishing you all the happiness and joy on your special day.
You are such a wonderful, kind, giving and selfless person.

You do so much for other's day after day. I can't even begin to thank you for everything you have done for me.

My life is now restored and I am living each day with extreme joy and happiness!!!
How can anyone ever say thank you for giving them back their life.

You will always be in my heart and mind my dear precious friend.
