Audrey,

I'm not sure if you have ever visited one, but when I have needed a chiropractor due to back and spinal pain, I have gone to an Atlas Chiropractor. Maybe one of those types of Chiropractors could help you if you can find one near you. No cracking or traditional chiropractic techniques are involved. Mine always helps me feel better.
