Hello Everyone!
I thought I’d give y’all a quick review for what I’ll be sharing on this Saturday’s call!
First I’d like to share some ideas regarding our diet. As cost continue to rise and possible food shortages seem to be on the horizon. It’s very important that we review some other options that’s more affordable and safe for our diet. I will also share a few low carb meals that’s not expensive!
Secondly I’ll be going over some quick pointers like the importance of food expiration dates, as well as sharing some safety tips that’s helpful when unpredicted circumstances arise, so we can keep ourselves safe and ready!!
I’m really looking forward to this, so I hope y’all will be there!! Oh yes, please be ready to take some notes!! ;-)
