I have very long hair (down to my waist) and have fought so hard to not have to cut it. I do not feel them in my hair very much but I do feel like they fall out of my hair and get on my body and face. I typically keep my hair up to prevent as much “fall out” as possible. I wash my hair twice a week. I comb it with a fine tooth comb in the shower for about 20 minutes while I have conditioner with oils in it. I also pour apple cider vinegar over my head and leave it while i comb. Then I rinse and do a final rinse with WPS over my head. Then I put my regular leave in conditioner and some oil in my hair and put oregano, tea tree, and peppermint in it. Then I wrap it in a towel and let it dry until i can put it up. I want to start wearing my hair down again. Like I mentioned, I don’t really feel them on my scalp much I just feel like they fall out. What can I do to get them out of my hair? Thank you all!
