Howdy Y'all,

I wanted to share with the newbies some things that I have tried and that has helped me with symptoms. I have rashes on my legs and ankles and feet. Sometimes, I have had sores on my legs. Washing my legs and feet with dial soap has helped tremendously. It stopped the sores from oozing and dried them out. My legs got better and better. At night I would put the Sovereign Silver gel on them. This was very effective.

Also, I have done "The Hallelujah Treatment" on my legs and it also worked. I sit in the tub on my shower chair, spray legs and feet good with WPS. Let dry 3 to 5 min. Then spray legs and feet with Kleen Green, let dry 3 to 5 min. Then mix Solvereign Silver gel or liquid with some Stevia and apply to legs and feet. This is effective after a couple of times or days.

For my ears, neck, and shoulders, I would use the Sovereign Silver gel or liquid mixed with stevia. You can put some peppermint essential oil in it to stop itching, 1 or 2 drops.

For my hair I use WPS or Kleen Green spray. For the Kleen Green I put 2 ounces of Kleen Green to a spray bottle of 28 to 32 ounces of water. For WPS I use 1 drop of each bottle for 1 ounce of water. So 8 ounces of water, 8 drops of each (sodium chloride and citric acid). I use these amounts for all my spray bottles and applications to body.

To moisturize body, I use the "Allaffia-Everyday Coconut Body Lotion" I add these essential oils to it: tea tree oil-2 drops, clove-1 drop, peppermint- 2 to 3 drops to a golf ball size amount of lotion or a little more. I found some tiny glass cocktail sauce
condiment bowls to mix stuff in (Amazon Prime).

I hope this helps! I absolutely love the Alaffia body lotion and especially the face care set ( cleansor, toner, and moisturizer, all made with coconut).
