12:59:46 AM | Hi Suzie, a BIG herx so early on....I think you are right to back up and start the quarter dose. Im hopeful you are already on the logos extension kit, too. Some people have to start lower than the one drop of mms, so probably if you do take it down to a quarter and go slowly a week at a time before increasing another quarter, you will tolerate better. I don't know for sure, but I think it would be better to max out at a higher dose months from now. Maybe some more experienced warriors will chime in.
