As we say where I am "get it Suzie"! Wow! I am proud of you. Sticking to protocol even after some discomforts!

Great to hear that you had your herx response. I dont think I have not had mine yet or maybe just many mini ones?

I do have some CRAZY insane headaches, but I have had them for a LONG time.
