Hi Ruth Ann,
I'm so sorry you're going through a bad patch. However, it's actually a good patch in disguise.
You WANT these things to come out of your body because you want them GONE. The process is a little scary and can be very uncomfortable at times, but do celebrate the Exodus of the bad guys from your person.
Lemonade cleanse drink (elixer) should be helpful in this process.
