It was lovely to hear you on the call with Mel the other week! I am very happy you are doing so well health wise now!
As I said on the call I felt for you a lot having a wife and three kids and having this disease. I know it was not only a worry getting yourself well but also being around your family.
It is wonderful that your family all have strong immune systems and were not affected by toxic disease. And that you have stuck faithfully to the, 'sum of the parts,' and are feeling really good these days. You are on your way to your happy dance I would bet:-).
Thank you for sending us a lovely picture of you and your kids Ice skating. It's so nice to see you and them having fun and looking great!!
Thanks for encouraging community members to take up a hobby that they would enjoy. It's important for people to take their minds off this illness, to have some fun and respite. We all need that, especially in difficult times!
