Hi.Folks
Here is the link to the American Institute of Health web site where you can take the Holmes-Rahe inventory of some 47 questions that will give you the tool for you to identify the stressors in your life. I urge everyone to "take it". It then gives you a point total that quantifies the level of stress you are under. In my humble opinion, this inventory is foundational to managing your stress.
