I concur with everything Freddie said. I listened to the call last week and I was blown away. I loved hearing from all the people who have regained their health. It was very inspirational. Monica was also one of the stories I followed. I loved that she posted weekly and could relate very well to what I was going through.
I really liked what she said about "how much do you love yourself". It is a big part of getting better.
I also was happy to hear newbies, Ward and Joe. I hope you both keep coming back to the calls and the forum. As you could see by the call it is well worth every effort.
