Hello Everyone,
Welcome back! The past couple of weeks have been a little quieter, but we’ve still had some encouraging updates to share:
Nancy is showing signs of improvement, though she's preparing for another potential hurricane.
Rusty has finally seen specialists outside the VA and is on track to get the help he needs.
The honeymooners are off to celebrate a wedding!
Peter continues to provide excellent and informative posts for the community.
As for me, I’ve been enjoying some much-needed time off, exploring the back roads and taking in the beauty of the countryside during this unusually warm, sunny weather.
And now, for some really exciting news:

How to enter: Submit a positive post of less than 100 words in the thread "Great Post contest" starting this Thursday (10/10/2024).
Deadline: Entries close on 10/25/2024. The contest winner will be announced during our Saturday Coffee & Tea with Me session on 10/26/2024.
This is a great opportunity to share something uplifting. Whether you're a regular or a newbie, everyone is welcome to join in—even if you want to share an old favorite post as an oldie but goodie. (some one who has restored their health)
This community was built because I know firsthand how isolating it can feel to deal with a toxic illness on your own. Let’s continue to support each other and keep the conversation going. Together, we can lighten the burden.
