I am so sorry that you and the children are so unwell but you are not lost any more.
You've found Mel and he and Peter and John and all on here will help you.
The start is easy.
Take things one step at a time.
Firstly know that you can be cured and the children.
Your little girl will probably get well first as Mel always says children heal the quickest.
If at all possible you will need Mel's protocol which is made by Logos Nutritionals and you will learn all about it.
You need to change your diet so that it contains as little sugars and starches as possible.
However you feel now- and we have all been there- things are going to get better.
Even the impossible becomes possible
As you say
"With God all things are possible"
To try to explain to the 18yr old can you draw pictures to explain things?
I found that in the beginning I could only take in a little information on this site. I would forget it as soon as I read it so just read a little at a time and write down the important things.
Rest and sleep are healing .
Change the family's diet gradually so they do not protest too much.
Know that all you are feeling and going through we all have felt.
You will all get better.
Anything you want to know just ask.
No question is too trivial or too embarrassing.
Do you have family who can help you in any way?
If so don't be afraid to ask them for help.
Do not tire yourself with house cleaning more than you can manage.
