Suzie, Immune Pulse is not really intended for children, so ask your physician first so he or she can monitor the situation. As Mel has so often noted, most kids do really well taking just the Colostrum and Essential Flora. Some parents have also added the Candida Rid and Renaissance Activated Whey.
The Immune Pulse will probably be most effective and best tolerated with food... similar to the Complete Thymic Formula in that regard, so you might want to take it with your breakfast and lunch. Just make sure you separate it from the MMS by an hour or two.
