Hello Everyone and Welcome as I have greeted you all many times before,
The short and the quick of it, This past week I have endured great pain in my lower back.
The Doctors conclude that @ my age and with out enough exercise to continue on same course,will be detrimental to my health(tending to cause harm)!
These will my days off Effective Sunday December 17th. 2023.(MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS)
I will no longer read and respond to emails or update our forum.
This will allow me 8 less hours each week out of the chair.
I then will join a gym and start to get much needed exercise!
One other thing to note, I am changing one of my days off, as to not be in the chair four consecutive days I will now take Mondays off And add Tuesday back as a work day!
I will also add one hour to our afternoon coaching sessions as it appears more of you wish to talk in the afternoons!
