Hi there -
I wanted to give a quick update on my progress with morgellons. I've had ups and downs over the past two weeks. One of my biggest wins was getting my parents to read some of the forum posts of other people suffering from this disease. I was so excited at the thought that they might start finally believing me that this disease is very real. While they are still not convinced, I was thrilled when my mum said she would order me some Kleen Green. It arrived last week and I've used it daily either wiping my body down and/or soaking in the bath. I used it to wash my clothes today, so I'll be interested to see if they feel any different and/or look cleaner than they did before.

My lows over the past two weeks involve possibly losing my dog permanently after he was placed into foster care several months ago against my will. And, the stress of hoping/waiting to hear back about a job offer for almost two weeks. I found out officially this morning that I did not get the position though I figured that was the case at the end of last week. As a result of the added stress of the past two weeks, my friend who has been allowing me to stay on his couch has made several strong hints that it's time for me to leave and that my illness, financial stress and some legal matters I'm still dealing with are all a bit too much for him. So, I've broken out in more sores on my face and hands. It happens every time when the stress is off the charts.

Interestingly, I used some triamcinalone ointment that my dermatologist gave me several months ago to put on my hand sores. It seems as if the ointment helps to suffocate the black specks and fibers and couldn't believe how many came out of my hands. quite gross but cool at the same time. I also think and hope that soaking in Kleen Green that afternoon helped to bring them to the surface. Typically, I use coconut oil to get them out of my skin but triamcinalone seemed pretty darn effective too....though it doesn't have the antimicrobial, antifungal, antibacterial properties that coconut oil has.

I am thankful that I've got some Kleen Green to soak in and spray on my body and I will be receiving my first month of the protocol later this week. So, I know that this week has to be better than the past two weeks. I know that God chose me as one of the people to be afflicted by this illness. As I heal and rebuild my strength and bioterrain, I hope to be able to use my voice to help bring awareness to morgellons disease and to provide comfort and support to people just finding out that they've got morgellons too.

Maybe we are actually the lucky ones? This illness has made all of us rethink and reevaluate our lives, daily habits and, without a doubt, strengthen our faith and belief in God. Perhaps this was God's way of telling us to stop abusing our bodies and that we've got lots of life still ahead of us once we start appreciating and respecting the body that He gave us?

I'm praying daily for all of us who are suffering with morgellons and thank God daily for Mel and for starting this website. Without it, I don't know if I would still be here typing right now. This site has given me hope and support and encouragement. Mel's love and support for all of us is truly a blessing from God. Amen.
