Two more things I left out from yesterday's post about my daily routine.
Every time I take a dose of Sovereign Silver I put one drop in each eye.
And per a suggestion by Peter, just before retiring I mist my bed with Kleen Green (same dilution 1/7).Also, Q-tips are used to carefully swab the inner ears with Kleen Green.
