Hello mighty companions on the climb to Mount Wellness.

Today, August 15, marks the start of the third week on the protocol. I see base camp just ahead of me where we will gather everything we need to start the ascent. Today I thought I would share my routine as it has evolved to now. Please remember that I am not suggesting you follow any of this or giving you advice, but just sharing so I will have a record of my journey and can look back to see what was most helpful.

I arise between 6:30 - 7am, immediately take 1 tsp of Sovereign Silver. (I also take 1 MSM capsule, my own choice to reach 3000mg day) 1/2 hr. later I will take 1 Magnifizyme, meanwhile I do Mel's hair routine. Since the tap water here this time of year is not very cold I put a jug in the frig, WOW, the first time experienced "brain freeze" that would put a Slurpee (iced drink) to shame! After pouring the cold water through the hair, I towel dry and spray with 91% alcohol, then comb through and let dry. This has been very helpful! Breakfast will be at least 1 hr. later to let the enzymes work.

Next, I make up a fresh solution of MMS (10 drops of each, let it activate, add 8 oz of water and pour into spray bottle), stand in the tub and spray head to feet, being cautious of eyes. Step out and air dry while I comb out the hair, brush teeth etc.

By now almost an hour has passed and time to have breakfast and take the breakfast protocol supplements. It will be 2 hours before the next step on the protocol, so no more food or drinks (except for water, remember tea and coffee have polyphenols, antioxidants that will interfere with MMS) I use this time for house cleaning and laundry.

2 hrs. after breakfast (late morning) I take the indicated protocol. MMS is not started before at least 30 days on the protocol. Now you must wait at least one hour before lunch (I would wait longer) so as not to interfere with MMS.)

Throughout the day I will MMS spray the "hot spots" on the body.

Lunch and the lunch protocol are followed by what I refer to as "free time" when I can food shop, post office etc. I have recently started a foot soak using a foot bath I picked up at a thrift shop. I am currently using 10 drops of MMS and monitoring the results. I soak about 20 minutes or until the water cools. Stuff comes out!

Midway between lunch and dinner I take a fiber product with plenty of water to insure that the colon keeps emptying a couple times a day (get those toxins out).

Dinner and the evening protocols are straight forward. Just before starting my bedtime routine, I once again stand in the tub and this time spray down head to feet with Kleen Green (1 part KG to 7 parts water in spray bottle), making sure to soak my hair. Step out, comb through the hair and air dry while I shave, brush teeth, etc. Again, if you are taking MMS, you would want to stop all beverages except water 2 hours before your dose at bedtime.

I don't think I've forgotten anything, but that is always possible. This is an evolving routine for me with the exception of the strict adherence to the Protocol. It makes for a long day but the routine helps me stay organized and stay with it, and best of all I am experiencing results! Kleen Green and MMS, where have you been all my life, LOL!

Well mighty companions, that's enough for now. I'll exit with this thought to contemplate. When the oracle at Delphi said that Socrates was the wisest man in the world, his response upon being told this was (paraphrased), "if that is so, it is only because I know that I don't know." Only God is Wise. Keeps us humble and open minded to learning from those companions who have successfully made the journey to the summit of Mount Wellness and await us there encouraging us along the way. Thank you!
