Greetings Mighty Companions from the frozen climes of Mount Wellness, Wholeness and Freedom. Things continue to fall away, even those we have enjoyed so much. The latest to be let go is tea. You see I have drank black organic iced tea for a long time, others as well including rooibos, to the tune of 1-2 quarts daily. But now in the interest of eliminating any toxins, however small, I have chosen to stop imbibing these teas because of their fluoride content. Yes, there are other herbal teas without fluoride that you can enjoy, but for now water with and without lemon is my choice and soon to add homemade lemon ginger-aide.

Now back to our "adventures" (Mr. MMS and seemingly me) on the slopes of Mount Wellness. When last we reported in the weather was clearing and we decided to break camp. After a day of beautiful high clear skies with intense glare reflected off the glacier we arose the next morning to darkening clouds. I noticed that my eyes were dry, puffy and it felt like sandpaper when I blinked. I put that off to the long hours of exposure to the sun's glare even through the googles we always wear. We broke camp quickly and soon encountered not only difficult terrain, but also storms of increasing intensity. As the day wore on we realized we needed to find some shelter and soon afterward came upon a small outcropping that offered some protection. We set up camp not yet realizing just how long this storm would endure!

That evening, after a hot meal of soup and oatmeal with Deanna's Almond Butter Fudge for a protein dessert, we tended to our physical condition. We checked the vital signs and ran a few simple tests. Mr MMS was, as usual, in very good condition. I, however, was continuing to have trouble with the eyes and a strange sensation that started at my feet and moved upwards. This condition was to worsen as the days went by hunkered down waiting out the storms. TO BE CONTINUED, HOPEFULLY.

The expressions of MD continue to increase and intensify. What started out at the feet as extreme redness (pimpling), heat (inflammation), sensitivity to touch and intense itching have spread upward to encompass the whole body (with the exception of the head) at varying levels of expression (intensity). If you are familiar with the song, Some Days are Diamonds, Some Days are Stone, well I've added a new line, Some Days are Landslides! :) I have temporarily stopped spraying down the body with MMS and use only Kleen Green spray. A bath in Kleen Green (10 oz) gave some temporary relief.

Like many of us I have attempted to do the "right thing" and save some money when it comes to energy usage. Over the years we have been told and now mandated to switch our light bulbs first to compact fluorescent and now LEDs. Well folks, now the unintended consequences are showing up and found to be detrimental to our health. I am not just referring to mercury and EMF pollution, but to an insidious effect of blue light given off by LED bulbs. When I moved to my current place the bathroom fixture was poorly designed and I needed more light to visible inspect for MD expression over the body. So I spent the bucks to get a high lumen (150 watt equivalent) LED bulb and it sure lite up the bathroom to the point you could not look directly at the bulb inside the fixture. We spend a lot of time in our bathrooms tending to this disease and I noticed that after longer exposures my eyes would almost ache. Then a few weeks ago I developed a "floater" in my right eye along with puffiness on the lower eye lids. Never having one before I thought I had something flying around my head. My optometrist verified that it indeed was a floater. Of course I can not prove that it was caused by the blue light coming off the LED and many MD sufferers report eye issues. I have since switched out to a clear 100 watt incandescent bulb. This new information is vital for all of us and so I am posting a link below FYI.

On what I consider a positive note, wanting to get a more accurate reading of my urine pH I ordered a test from Life Extension for urine analysis. For those of us without insurance or family doctor, they are a great source for very reasonably priced lab tests. The urine analysis was $20. They send you the paperwork and you take it to your nearest Lab Core for the actual test. Then they have doctors on staff that will go over your results for free. My pH was 6.0 and I have been working to get it up. I might post on what worked for me when I see consistently higher readings in the range of 6.75-7.25. Interestingly and unexpected as I did not know that they tested for ketones, they listed mine as trace amounts which I consider perfect for my goal of nutritional ketosis.

So Beloveds, that's the news from Mount Wellness. Thank you for following this crazy guy on this crazy journey back to Wholeness and Freedom. Peace, love and joy to all of us together. And "never forget to laugh" daily.

Why Sunlight is Necessary for Optimal Health:

Escape the effects of blaming:

So, how do I ‘undo blame’? I could only do that if I accepted the proposition that nothing ever goes wrong. If that were true, clearly, there would be no-one to blame since there would be nothing to blame anyone for. This is a faith based position and one that I cannot ‘prove’ to be true. However, if I choose to live as if it were true, my life would change dramatically!

Diederik
