8/28/2016 2:45:20 PM | Greetings mighty companions. Today August 29 marks the beginning of the 5th week on the protocol and things are accelerating. We (Mr. MMS and I) had no sooner left base camp when I encountered our first steep ascent on the way to Mount Wellness. Unlike the approach to base camp which had seemed relatively easy (lesions healing over from MMS spray, scalp calming down from cold water and alcohol treatment) this part of the journey marked the beginning of the "real" climb home. Midway through the week I awoke around 1:30 am to intense itching on the tops of my feet, stomach and chest. Directly over the sternum on the upper part of the chest were two mounds approximately 1 1/2 inch in diameter, deeply red and almost hot to touch. The rest of the chest and stomach were covered in a red "rash" and very warm. After spraying the areas with MMS, I got ice packs out of the freezer, returned to bed and placed them over these areas, eventually falling back to sleep. Obviously, Mr. MMS was doing his part and I experienced my first herxheimer reaction. Several days later these "lumps" and "rash" are still there but somewhat reduced. The sensitivity in these areas has intensified to the point that I cannot stand even the touch of shirts or the breath from my nostrils. This being the area of my initial infection it will most likely be the hardest to eradicate. A big thank you to both Mel and Peter who reached out and helped me to understand what was happening! The routine continues as before with the addition of MMS morning and evening (currently at 4 activated drops). I have also added 5 drops of DMSO to the MMS body spray (10-12 activated drops in 8 oz warm water), hoping it might drive the MMS deeper into the skin, but so far I see no difference. Plan to do the same with the MMS foot baths (20 activated drops) a few times a week. Anyone with successful experience using DMSO, please respond with suggestions. The diet continues to consist of only organic or clean (no hormones, antibiotics) protein sources of beef, bison, chicken, eggs, wild Alaskan salmon and Portuguese sardines. Organic salad greens and spinach along with lots of healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil as well as avocados make up the rest. This extremely low carbohydrate and high fat diet, I believe is moving the body into a healthy state of ketosis in which it will transition into burning fats as apposed to sugars for energy. Healthy fats "burn" much cleaner and leave far less ROS (reactive oxygen species) for the body to clean up, and thus more energy to devote to detoxing and powering the immune system. At least this is what I am hoping for. Another potential benefit from this diet is that the amounts of food I take in has reduced considerably thus freeing up large amounts of energy (for healing) that previously was used to power up the very intensive process of digestion. My appetite has shrunk and I never feel hungry. I'll post as I learn more, but for now the % of body fat is shrinking. On another note, I was listening to music recently when I heard the Beatles song, "Let it be" this time sung by John Denver and I saw how powerful that simple statement "let it be" was! With all the incredibly horrific things happening in this world it is easy to be caught up in the confusion and generate strong feelings one way or the other, all of which are distracting from our task at hand of healing and deepening our spiritual connection to the Source of Love. So beloveds, "let it be, let it be, whisper words of wisdom, let it be!" Peace, love and joy to everyone. Craig |
