9/8/2016 10:45:15 AM | Hola friends and mighty companions, Since the title of this thread lends itself to being looked at by those new to this website, I thought I would make a quick short summary of what I have done and what has helped me. ASAP, Print the FAQ'S, as they are the basic outline on how, when and what to do. Read them often!!! Then sit with them and study the protocol page so you Know what to order and when. silver and the basic protocol (From logos) first. Also, order the MMS was invaluable for me to heal over lesions. It's all there in the FAQs Immediately clean up your diet! Per suggestions on this site. I stopped all Sugars (hidden in everything, read labels), Carbohydrates (starches), Dairy, Processed foods in general. Move into a Whole Foods diet (not the store chain). The first month I ate only clean protein like organic chicken, beef, eggs, wild Alaskan salmon, Portuguese sardines and lots of organic greens. This was very difficult as the body craved carbohydrates and chocolate! The choice at that time was simple, death or overcome the cravings which eventually diminished over time. You can see the more recent postings in which the many benefits that accrue from this diet are explained. If the face and scalp are issues for you and even if they aren't, as a preventative, follow Mel's hair treatment of cold water (I use ice water!) soaking of scalp, towel dry and spray or pour 91% alcohol on scalp, being mindful of eyes, comb through and let air dry. I did this morning and evening and within 48 hours most of the "crawling" has gone. I still do it every morning as a preventative and a wake up call! Using the MMS spray (10-12 activated drops in 8 oz warm water) and Kleen Green spray (1/7 ration) were very helpful in closing over the lesions. There is a ton of valuable information on this site that you will absorb, read, reread and listen to conference calls. For me, one of the most valuable functions of this website is the community that is here to support one another on this journey back to wellness! This is a life changing "event" in our lives and if we can embrace it to the best of our ability it offers many lessons to learn what is truly valuable. HOPE is offered here.
