11/8/2016 4:53:30 PM | Welcome mighty companions to the ongoing saga of the journey to the summit of Mount Wellness, Wholeness and Freedom. The pace of the climb has slowed almost to a crawl. Not only has the weather been unfavorable but the difficulty and steepness of the terrain has contributed to the slow pace along with my difficulties reported in the last posting. I'm afraid some discouragement has slipped into my awareness, but my mighty companion Mr. MMS always has consoling words of advice. He reminds me that the climb will become more difficult as we continue upward and the wear and tear on the physical body will increase, so his advice of "slow and steady" must become my mantra if I am to successfully reach the summit. Letting go of expectations and taking each day as my only concern, he assures will serve me well. Tomorrow we get to do it all over again. The expression of MD over the whole body, with the exception of the head (however, the eyes are puffy and the lower lid is swollen) have continued to intensify. There is a burning sensation and intense itching whenever the skin is pressed against anything, from clothing, chairs, beds etc. Inadvertently scratching during sleep will quickly cause these sensations to wake me up in much discomfort. Thankfully, spraying with Kleen Green helps to calm things down. Trying to keep the skin open to the air during the day is much more difficult now that cold weather is moving in. The floors in the cabin are laminate and therefore cold, so trying to figure out how to keep the feet exposed was puzzling until I remembered a "secret" you ladies have kept to yourselves. That's right, PEDS! What a helpful find, they take the edge off the cold floor while leaving the tops of the feet exposed to the air. Your "secret" is out of the bag now. The end of October marked 3 months on the protocol. There have been some improvements that I want to note. Energy is beginning to return and I am now able to walk 2 miles a day and do some light exercise, none of which I could have done in August. I have reached 7 activated drops of MMS both morning and evening, another milestone and my pH has come up to a healthier range. So our journeys continue beloveds as we deepen our trust and faith in the Process of Healing not only our bodies, but our Minds as well! God's Love is eternal, unchangeable and does not alter as Shakespeare so eloquently expresses in his Sonnet 116. Sonnet 116: Let me not to the marriage of true minds Related Poem Content Details BY WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE Audio Player 00:0000:49Use Up/Down Arrow keys to increase or decrease volume. Let me not to the marriage of true minds Admit impediments. Love is not love Which alters when it alteration finds, Or bends with the remover to remove. O no! it is an ever-fixed mark That looks on tempests and is never shaken; It is the star to every wand'ring bark (boat), Whose worth's unknown, although his height be taken. Love's not Time's fool, though rosy lips and cheeks Within his bending sickle's compass come; Love alters not with his brief hours and weeks, But bears it out even to the edge of doom. If this be error and upon me prov'd, I never writ, nor no man ever lov'd.
