Thank you so much for posting here and giving so much helpful information and encouragement.
Like you I have thought about my experience here as being like climbing a mountain. It took me a while to decide I was ready for the challenge and finally got to the point where I was mentally ready to get my big boots on and get started.
I have definitely found some bits of the climb harder, particularly getting started when I woke up thinking, ok now I need to do it all over again today. But then over the months I found the routine got so much easier and I settled into it all much more. Then more tricky challenges arrived to work through. Its great to look back though and see how far we've come and celebrate that at each stage.
I look forward to hearing more about your journey back to being well again.
