9/1/2016 5:14:42 PM | Warm greetings mighty companions, I want to share a couple of "accidental" findings and one purposive change that has been very helpful. As I've shared before putting myself on this strict diet has led to two unexpected benefits which as I explore lead me to believe that these will be very beneficial to not only the recovery from MD, but also for long term health. The first is that this high healthy fat, low protein and very little carbs diet has put my body into a state known as ketosis. When done right the benefits from this are outstanding and as research continues to progress I believe this will lead to even more discoveries. Burning fat instead of glucose (sugars) for energy production is so much cleaner with far less toxic byproducts for the body to deal with. It appears that it also benefits our DNA structures, is anti-aging and helpful with preventing and treating Alzheimer's. There is a lot more so do your own due diligence. The second "surprise" is that the time between my last meal of the day (around 7pm) and my first meal of the next day (10-11 am) leaves a window of no food intake (14-16 hrs.) that gives the body all the benefits of a fast. This is called intermittent fasting and as with ketosis there are many benefits that accrue to the body. The fact that MD and underlying co-infections require the body to detox from so many pathogens as well as toxins we have accumulated (stored in adipose tissue) throughout our lives leads me to believe that both these benefits will greatly assist in moving beyond these diseases. Check it out for yourself! Now what I have found to be very helpful is to slightly rearrange the protocol for my own benefit. You see I really enjoy drinking teas (hot and cold); you could add coffee if that is your beverage of choice, however all of these contain antioxidants (polyphenols) that would disrupt the benefits of MMS if imbibed 2 hours before or after. So, I was really missing being able to sip whenever I felt the desire (maybe need?). Here is what I am now doing. If you look at the late evening part of the protocol you will see that it is very similar to the morning, so keeping the appropriate supplements in order, I arise 7 am, take silver, then 1/2 hr. later take the magnifizyme, olive leaf, msm and first dose of MMS. What this means for me is that after 9:30 or 10 am I am free to imbibe all day, whenever the urge arises, up to 7 pm. Breakfast at 10 or 10:30 gives the body at least a 15 hr. fast. Everyone's schedule is different, but this has really made the whole protocol process easier. Well, mighty companions I might add that as I ascend up Mount Wellness the temperatures are dropping and hot beverages are a welcome comfort on the journey to Wholeness. May light and joy and peace abide in all of us! Craig |
