9/11/2016 7:21:37 PM | Guten Tag mighty companions, Today, the 12th of Sept. is the beginning of week 7 on the Protocol. The ascent toward the summit of Mount Wellness & Wholeness has slowed its pace as I make some adjustments to my equipment after my blundering through a snow squall and getting side tracked. My German guide, known as Mr. MMS, kindly pointed out that if I expect to reach the summit, which I most certainly do, that I need to do so "slow and steady." His advice made perfect sense as I was still dealing with the consequences of that blunder, so adjustments were in order. As mentioned earlier I reduced my MMS amounts to 3 activated drops in a.m. and p.m. I plan to stay at this level for at least another week. In another adjustment I have allowed myself to introduced some complex carbs in the form of beans. A burrito made with a Paleo Wrap from Julian Bakery ( ingredients are derived from coconuts), refried beans, red onions, greens, raw pumpkin and sunflower seeds for crunch, garlic, avocado and salsa. Heaven! Well, almost heaven. I thought this might kick me out of ketosis, but the urine strips still indicated that the liver was producing ketones. However, this was not the case with the next addition. Just 3 tablespoons of Organic Valley Whole Milk yogurt (with 1 tbsp coconut oil) and 1/4 of an apple showed, when tested, that I had shifted to using glucose for energy production. I know that this is probably not of interest to most of you who don't have the time I do to experiment, but I happened into this and want to see if the many benefits promised from healthy ketosis and intermittent fasting can be of benefit to me. By stopping the carbs, naturally occurring sugars in yogurt and taking in more healthy fats, the body swung easily back into burning fat and ketosis. So what is the state of this body. The initial reactions from upping the MMS too quickly still remain. The raised "mounds" on the upper sternum along with the spreading of the "rash" and "pimpling" over the entire body (with the possible exception of the buttocks; I can't see there anyway) and extreme sensitivity in the origin of the MD infection have not diminished. The good news is that the scalp, face, ears and nose remain calm for the most part as I continue to drench them in ice water and 91% alcohol every morning. Of course I don't purposely put alcohol in my ears or nose but there is runoff from the hair. What I do use in my ears and nose is some Sovereign Silver, followed up most nights with silver gel at bedtime. Well, beloveds this post has gotten too long already, so I want to wish all of us together much success as we join in the quest to reach the summit of Mount Wellness & Wholeness. Love not only awaits us there but walks beside us showing us the way. It is both the End we seek and the Means by which we get there. "It is by Beauty that all Beautiful Things are Beautiful!"
