8/21/2016 11:49:26 AM | Good-day mighty companions, Today the 22nd of August 2016 marks the beginning of my 4th week on the Protocol. Did that time fly! I'm going to repeat most of my routine over again because when I first found this site it was overwhelming to have to start at the bottom of some very long threads to find what I needed at the time, so if you have been here before you can skip over this information. SPOILER ALERT: delicious, healthy dessert recipe at the end. Let me also add that doing this protocol is very time consuming and it is a little easier if you establish a routine as soon as possible. The volume of supplements taken can fill you up and this is what has happened to me. The amount of food I can handle has decreased substantially and meal times seem to come around even when I am not hungry. By evening all I can handle to get the supplements down is a protein shake. (whey powder, unsweetened almond milk, coconut oil, stevia) Arise, the earlier the better or the day will get away from you. Immediately drink some clean water (thanks Peter), then a tsp of silver under the tongue, hold for a minute then swallow. One drop of silver in each eye. While waiting 30 minutes for the MagnifiZyme do the "ice" water hair treatment, dry and spray with 91% alcohol and comb through (if your scalp is a big issue you can do it again in the evening, I did it for 3 days and now only need a.m.). Take MagnifiZyme and return to bathroom and spray entire body, head to foot while standing in the tub/shower with MMS (10 activated drops, 8 oz water in spray bottle). While air drying do personal grooming and dress. If it has been at least and hour after MagnifiZyme, take breakfast along with protocol supplements. Now you have two hours to wait until the next step in the protocol. When you have reached the stage where you are taking MMS you want to be sure to drink only water the two hours before and after, not even lemon water as it has antioxidants that can interfere with the MMS and obviously no food. The rest of the Protocol is self explanatory. You will have most of your "free time" between lunch and dinner. I take a fiber drink (keeps the colon emptying) midway between and every other day a foot soak with MMS (you can experiment with amounts to use, I personally have worked up to 20 activated drops per gallon in foot bath) I also spray "hot" spots throughout the day with the same MMS body solution. About and hour before retiring I again stand in the tub and spray head to foot with Kleen Green (1/7 ratio with water), comb through hair and air dry while doing personal grooming. Again as I've said before, this is my regiment and I am not advising you to do the same, just sharing what seems to be working for me. This takes an incredible amount of time and commitment, but it seems to be the only way out. So, never waiver and when tired and frustrated reach out to this community and they will respond. Here is the only dessert recipe I allow myself. Into a glass mixing bowl (a blender works best, nice and smooth, but I'm too lazy to clean it) I scoop out one or two ripe avocados, mash up with spoon or whisk (easier to clean a spoon, are you getting the idea just how lazy I am) add or eliminate to taste the following, stevia, vanilla extract, peppermint extract and coconut oil. Mix or blend well. Oops, forget the unsweetened cocoa powder with no other ingredients in it. Organic for all ingredients if possible. Delicious and helps me make it through the day! Cover in air tight container and refrigerate. Well beloveds, I join with all of you on this journey to Mount Wellness as we unlearn old habits that did not really serve us well and open to guidance from our new Teacher who knows exactly what we need! I have entered base camp and am preparing for the ascent when I will partner with Mr. MMS as we make our way to the summit where our friends await us. Go Well Mighty Companions, Craig |
