Thank you so much for the responses. I was confused about the one drop added weekly to one or both doses and you answered that. Thanks! I understand you work up to the herxeimer reaction(s) or up to 7:7--whichever comes first. Let's say I herx at 3:3, is that my max maintenance dose or do I drop down for the maintenance dose like Mel did when he was taking only one dose per day? Thanks, guys and gals.
