Hiya you all,
Great call! Just the facts mam! The least stuff have the less you have to worry about and less you have to clean!
Sometimes one thing can cancel out something else!
I have not gotten any advice from Mel that has not help me!
Everything around me is getting better! No bits, no sores no black things!
The hardest thing is fixing food because I take a blood thinner so the things I can eat with my protocol I can’t eat because of the blood thinner.
My husband has got on board with our meals and enjoys a lot of what I can eat!
Just keep on trucking .
