Welcome to all who are joining this community. I do not post too often since recovering from MD and returning back to my life. However, I feel compelled to revisit this community from time to time and offer encouragement to the "Newbies".
This disease if overwhelming because there are so many "unbelievable" components to it. But please relax and know this community should be your last stop. Take it one day at a time. Write your questions to ask during the conference calls and just begin reading.
Look at this as a journey and never give up hope. It takes time, perseverance, a routine and knowledge. The more you understand, the more empowered you become.
Stop researching your symptoms because we all had them; and our stories are similar. Instead, begin researching the benefits of the protocol outlined for you in this community. Again, become empowered by knowledge!
I pray for all members reading this post to sit back, relax, research and recover. Keep the faith and NEVER give up. It will and does get better.
Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, Romans 5:1
