Hi Karen,
What a fantastic idea to start a thread about helping Mel move.
I was very happy that Mel did find a lovely, sunshiny place with a garden to rent. Being able to be outdoors and work in the garden will be a great stress reliever and an overall fun thing to do each day.
I can picture Mel outside, enjoying his yard. I can see him in the kitchen cooking Chicken Parmigiana while someone is in there doing the happy dance :-)
I think Mel will love his place but first he has to get there.
I know that the end of the month might not be the best time, but the beginning of the month will be here soon.
I hope that everybody who can, will give something towards helping Mel move.
Twenty dollars given by 5 people will come to 100 dollars, and 100 dollars can help a lot. Even five dollars given by several people adds up.
I am very excited about Mel being able to move into his new home and afford a much-needed car again.
