Hello Everyone and Welcome,

I'll start by saying a big thank you to Karen for starting this thread to help me, and to those who donated to my move as well as those who purchased coaching during the first eleven days.

After meeting with the owner of the house at my apartment on Saturday evening, I could see in her face she was happy with what she saw here and when she realized I am very clean, neat, and organized.

I believe she was most impressed with my bathtub herb and vegetable garden.

She appreciates the fact that I will be able to take care of the the beautiful back yard she has so lovingly developed over the last few years.

So now the packing begins, as well as a multitude of other things to get accomplished in just 28 days.

When one moves to a more rural area, you hopefully get the same for less $ , hopefully, but not always, but with the Lords grace, I have found the best place to be prior to my ultimate goal of someday having a clinic.

Living so far out will mean I will need to get a car, which will eat up about 60% of what I will save in reduced rent.

To this end I have started discussions with one of the owners of our local Toyota dealership DOLAN Toyota, who had been extremely kind When I had to sell back my 2014 Rav4, in order to handle my first 19% rent hike in 2015. While this was obviously very disappointing, it was key in allowing me to stay here and continue the websites.

We have almost reached about half of what Karen and I figured as the budget, but as we all know there are costs that we never figure on.

So please, if I have ever been of help to you, now is a great time to give me a little help in return.
