Morgellons - I CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS DURING FRIDAYS COACHING
I CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS DURING FRIDAYS COACHING

Hi Everyone,

I'm starting this thread to write my journey
To getting my health back...

I want to start by saying a Big Thank You
To Mel and the HCAF for helping me to be
Able to start the protocol and without there
Funding I would not be able to get well...
Thank You to Everyone that helps those of us
Who can not do it on our own...

Anyway this is my second day of the protocol
And looking forward to getting my life back !!
Who can say enough about what that means !!!

I'm finding today the biggest challenge having
Right now is the environment and air quality
In my apt.. I moved just recently and I don't
Have windows I can open as I had In my other
Apt.. so spraying OdoBon now is quite a bit
Harder because I have a tiny studio Apt now
And can only open the front door, slow process
Of airing it out...
So I'm not sure how to fix that and the air smells
Almost, thick air I call it but unpleasant, it's a
New thing I've not seen before... If anyone has
Experienced this I would sure appreciate any
Advice on fixing it ..

I've been using peppermint essential oil a long
With clove essential oil in my shampoo for
quite sometime now , I think it helps some
But my hair is like live antennas sometimes
And is frizzy I guess not easy to describe but
I will continue with the essential oils in my
Shampoo indefinitely, can't hurt that's for sure...

I'm finding recipes in the recipes for your dining
Enjoyment section on the website and I find some
Good ones on you tube as well !!

So this is my first Post on this thread of my journey,
please Feel Free to respond if you would like to ,

I will always appreciate it !!!
Thanks to All !!

Linda,

Periods of adjustment is a perfect way of looking at this. Each day you will learn new coping skills as you continue to overcome MD. Learn as much as you can about diet changes as this will be a good foundation to use long after you recover.

Keep posting, and keep up the great work. You are truly on your way to cross that finish line.

May God continue to bless you with hope for the future on this journey.

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11

In Christ,
Laura

Hello Everyone

My second post about my journey to through
This disease ... Today is Sunday and I had a
Bit of a setback today , it took awhile to get my
Bearings back but I finally managed to get there .

There's a lot of transition right now so I have to
Get a new perspective... But it will happen and
It will be a good one ..

I did get moved and still settling in , takes a
Bit of adjustment but it's coming together...

Looking forward to better health and every
Step I take forward is a step to restore my health
So I'm looking at it in that sense and it makes
It somewhat of an adventure ...

Learning the diet and every day menu can be
Challenging to say the least but certainly well
Worth it .. Looking to the future with Hope ...

God Bless Everyone on your Journey...
