7/22/2016 7:43:35 AM | Hi everyone, I want to post the things I've done wrong or things in hindsight I wish I've done from the beginning of knowing I have Morgellon in February. I hope this post will be helpful to someone. Taking Protocol at Meal time. I know this may be common sense for most to eat individual tablets throughout the meal. However, I was so concerned about the time issue, those meals I didn't prepare on time I took the protocol first as I finish preparing the meal then I ate my meal. What so bad about this was that through time, my stomach got very irritated. Along with irritated stomach, I also realized due to everyone's body is different, I learned my body need warm foods during meal time. For the first three and a half months, I had cold green drink first thing for breakfast with my tablets. In majority of the time, for lunch I had cold raw salad with my tablets. For supper again cold raw salad with my tablets. After by mid June, my stomach got so irritated, it forced me to look at what is best for me. How I rectified my stomach was: the first two days: for breakfast and lunch I put slices of ginger, an egg, some quinoa in a pot of water, no salt, no spices. Bring to boil. Then I took my tablets with that soup. I ate plain like that. Even during that first breakfast as I ate my stomach was soothed with the egg and the ginger in warm to hot soup. After four meals of this, I already felt better. The two days after that, for lunch and dinner, I would place a handful of mixed green salad and some garlic and slices of red onions in a bowl, and I poured the soup and its ingredients into that bowl of salad. This way I still can eat my raw salad but no longer cold but warm, which is better for my body type. Then I took the tablets with the soup from that. I felt better eating warmed raw vegetables. Actually I was able to eat more salad in amount than when I ate it cold. My stomach was healed in four days. I'm very aware now to protect my stomach from eating too much cold things and take my tablets during mealtime the right way, literally along with food, not take all of them then add the food into the stomach. I wish I've done from the beginning was: Aggressive scalp treatment. What stopped me from this, If you read my thread, you'll know I bathed right away before I got Mel's protocol. It was successful, a lot of things came out. However during the third day of bathing, certain things came out which made my nervous system unable to connect and created some havoc for my specific problem. Then I stopped bathing and started to shower more. IMPORTANT to know, my neurological decline is the part for me that Lyme and Morgellon attacked first. Something I've dealt with for 16 months by that time. I haven't met anyone whose body is affected like mine. So don't worry about bathing disconnect your body. But for me, this scared me not able to control my body again. I realized I know so little about this, I didn't do much after that for the first month. My scalp has been invaded by them the last two weeks of January before I knew I got Morgellon. However because of the bathing incident, I didn't do much at all, I allowed them in my scalp time to do more damage. So my advise is treat your scalp asap you discover you have Morgellon. If you're one of the fortunate ones that they didn't invade your scalp, please follow Mel's advise use cold water in the morning to prevent their invasion. If you're like me that before you knew you have Morgellon, they're already in your scalp, please start on day one use the recommended treatment with tea tree soap, sulfur soap, kleen green 1:7 diluted solution. Nose, eyes, ears. Please also start on day one with sovereign silver one drop in each of these areas. Again, if they didn't invade yet, prevention purposes. It's you marking your territory, you telling the Morgellon you own your body, not them! If they are in those areas, start treat them. Yes a tip about drops in the nose, after one drop of silver in each nostril, lay back let your head drop on the side of your bed, allow the drops run its course, into the sinus cavities, down the back and down the throat. If you're like me by the throat area become phlegmy and thick, get up, go to the bathroom, with a warm mixture of sea salt and water, gargle until they're gone. These have been on my mind to share for awhile. I'm glad I got to write this post. If I think of something else, I'll write again. I hope this helps! Best to learn from others mistakes. I hope you don't have to do what I did not so right. But proverbs 24:16, "For the righteous ones may fall 7 times and he will get up..." So when we fall, get up, dust ourselves off and move forward!!
